Taigh A' Chaimbeulaich - named to acknowledge the contribution of the Campbell family, former owners of the  land, to the development of the present course. This is the name of their family home near the 6th green.

For the first time we find the sea and OOB on our right. From the slightly elevated rear 6th tee (shared with the 11th hole), this hole plays all of its 373 yards, and more when the breeze is against. Two burns run across the hole, the first catching mis-hit tee shots, and the second waiting for bigger hitters. The green is cut into a left-to-right slope so approaches landing a little left have a good chance of running on. Anything slipping off the right leaves a potentially awkward chip back on to the green.
